Chest and abdominal pains

I am suffering from chest and abdominal pains from last 6 months, visited many hospitals and  did many tests like  ECG, ECHO, x-ray and whole abdomen scan but all are normal. Tried with many gastric tablets and syrups but no use, not sure what to do next, please help me.
