I have used Colgate total toothpaste + alum ( phitkiri ) , while brushing and this chemical mixture has receeeded my complete gum line on right hand side , suggest a treatment asap.

It must not be because of chemical mixture otherwise it would have been the same on both side. Reason might be your wrong way of brushing or any habit like tobacco, pan masala chewing or smoking. If you have any then quit and consult a dentist for proper diagnosis of the caise and treatment
