Hi doctor.. After breastfeeding my 3 week old son, is there any way I can check his tummy and tell if he is full or not ?

If baby sleeps for 2 to 3 hrs after feed and passes urine at least 5 to 6 times per day, then no need to worry,  he is getting adequate breast milk.
