My grandfather fell and got brain injury due to unknown reason  and was alone in home we came to know after 12-13 hours  (ongoing medications were telvas 40, Ecosprin 75, sleep, constipation and somepraz d) around 6 months ago his ECG,ECHO,BRAIN MRI,CHEST XRAY AND all bloodwork absolutely normal. Ecosprin was running as orthopaedician had recommended it after bilateral knee replacement for lifetime. Now he is mostly unconscious just uttering random words and random movement of arm hands legs and no eye movement. Bp stable and maintaining o2 with oxygen till now Check CT scan and tell what are chances of survival? Best possible treatment conservative or surgery? If any chance of recovery how much time to regain consciousness? Give full details and suggestions

I think it's too late for my response.. But the CT report suggest a poor prognosis But it's a dynamic thing. In this proper monitoring with repeated CT is the right way . Even surgery can be adviced if GCS is not very poor
