My both lips started chapping(leaving outer surface)about 3 ⅓ years ago they get dry and flakes gets removed every 2-3 days. Whey i apply cream/medicines or water they gets white in colour and detaches easily by decaying. All medicines taken even steroid but no relief. 7 doctors advised but no cure Net and doctors say EXOFOLIATIVE CHELITIS
