I am using specs of -1.25 in both eyes for the past 10 yrs . Today i had eye check up as a part of regular check up they told u have 0.5 cylindrical power . Is it necessary to change my spherical glasses ? Whether I can cure cylindrical power naturally ?

Hello A. If you are comfortable with your old glasses then you can avoid new prescription B. I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses or cure cylindrical power
