I have noticed that my body smell is changed in last few months. Earlier too it was a bad odour but from past few months it's pungent rotten smell especially from underarms. I take care of my hygiene but still it's very noticeable. Last yr wa traumatic due to loss of someone very close. I too feel bit pain in my Scrotum (maybe varicocele or something). Please suggest me what does this indicate and what should I follow up?
