Sir/ma'am, How to change my habits for 2021. I'm a lazy student. preparing for govt. Exams. I'm weak my weight is 62 height is almost 6feet . I wanna be look awesome...

First you should get rid of your laziness.. involve in activities which gives positive vibes to your body.. drink more than 3 litres of fluids per day.. regular physical exercise, reduce screen time, avoid over thinking.. test your CBC, thyroid profile vit d once if possible.
