Since 20 days I'm feeling tired all time. I have some pain in neck. Numbness in hands and legs nut no pain. Facing difficulty maintaining body balance while standing. I'm feeling low and experience brain fog. What could be the reason. B12 level is 120. And D3 level is 15ng/ml.
