Kindly visit a general surgeon/ ent / surgical oncologist… patient needs to be evaluated if there are any abnormalities in mouth, throat etc which may lead to abnormal neck swellings. If recent history of throat infection, mostly its secondary to infection which will subside early. Best way to diagnose is to go for excisional lymph node biopsy where enlarged node is taken out and sent for various tests like HPE, TB culture, gene xpert etc. ultrasound is showing normal hilum of lymph nodes which means most probably its due to some infection. CRP is not specific to any diagnosis. In FNAC, tissue taken will not be sufficient for all these tests required for diagnosis. But it may give clue to diagnosis.

With CRP of 20, increased lymphocytes and nodes more than 2 cm, you need to consult a physician and do some tests including FNAC from nodes,TB PCR etc. Pls meet physician as early as possible.
