I am having cervical pain in back. Should i join gym and do strengthen exercises for problem. I am having pain in my back and shoulders

This type of pain or complain is very common now a days specially with them who are working on laptop for long hour First of all you have to take proper strengthening exercise for neck muscle with help of physiotherapist Than after if you want you can join gym
