My wife diagonised with primary infertility due to cervix stenosis but after successfull dilation by hysterolaparoscopy no other issue was ther..it was done on 14jan, we did planned sex but today period came.. I want to knw till how many days we need to try at home after dilation to conceive naturally? Or we need to go for ART..
