I have cervical rib do I need to worry I think is is small in size so it wouldn't be suppress any nerve but I feel some neck pain shoulder and heart side pain and numbness in hands

Having all the symptoms but still thinks it's not normal you are sooo smart man....may god save you from you. Fallow  Dr Pandian's advice.

Good morning sir Welcome Cervical rib causing numbness,is definitely symptomatic You need treatment for that Are you taking any medicines now? Are you diabetic? Are you wearing cervical collar? Trr to reduce the size and height of your pillow Do CT scan of cervical spine Echo scan for heart Nerve study of left hand CBC, fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels

Its very common. You can consult a Physiotherapist for cervical spine and shoulder strengthening exercises. It will prevent recurrence of symptoms.
