I live in Mumbai and there is lot of construction going around. I have been constantly getting sore throat and runny nose. Sometimes it is difficult to breathe. It's gone as soon as I travel out of Mumbai. I take allergy medicines and antibiotics but is there any other solution?

Better to find out trigger for your symptoms,and try to avoid it. Use mask If not u have to take medications
