I injured myself last month and had an episode of cellulitis. I was treated with IVs and continued antibiotics for 15 days after it. Suddenly yesterday my leg (injured) feels hot and there is a little discharge too.

Then you need to go back to the dermatologist or surgeon who treated you. Because without having a look your leg it is difficult to say if there is a recurrence. Don't worry but consult your treating doctor sooner than later please.
