Is it necessary to do endoscopy after blood test screening for celiac disease. Is there any side effect of doing endoscopy

Well u need upper GI scopy only with duodenal biopsies for diagnosis of celiac disease. There is absolutely no need of a colonoscopy. But 1st of all see a good gastroenterologist
