Sir my father is known copd patient from 5 yrs and smoker from 45 yrs also had tuberculosis long back Recently about a month ago he had neck femar fravyfor which he underwent cemented bipolar operation. Before operation his oxygen saturation stand between 88-92 with breathless while climb stairs and long cycling No fever Heart is okay with LEF 55% No bp No sugar But post operative his oxygen level is fluctating between 70-82 And and on 2l/min oxygen No complaints of fever or anything jutt out of his oxygen curiosity i hav admitted him in hospital where doctor is giving loxof -100 Pipzo 4.5 plus duolin and budacard nebulizer Sir pls advise by this CECT SCAN WHAT IS FURTHER COURSE OF TREATMENT
