I have ceaser (fit ) problem since 06/07/2014 , Since then I have got one fit and one mild unconsciousness two years back . Since then I am taking medical treatment from PGI Chandigarh. Firstly I was taking Valprol CR and Cloba and Now for the last few months I am taking Valprol Cr 500+300 and Lamictal 200 daily. Presently I am taking Valprol 300 and Lamictal200 daily.Is it the Right dose ? And How long I have take the medicine? Please guide.

Since u have ur last seizure episode 2 yrs back and u started treatment at that time only so have to continue theses medications for at least 1 more years.as it is a 3 year course.

U should go for a follow up to ur psychiatrist to pgi

Don’t not stop medications on ur own. Continues it in a proper compliance. Because if u leave medications there is probability that u might have another episode of seizure
