  4. CBC report. Reason for this low value?

In my CBC report that I had today 4th Feb, all there parameters except Monocyte are in range. WBC is 8.5, RBC: 5.3, Platelets: 258k, Haemoglobin: 15.5,Hematocrit: 46, MCH: 28.5.Monocytes ia showing 01. What possible treatment/precautions I should take? What is the reason for this low value? Thanks in advance.
