Cavity in lower tooth

I've been suffering from severe ache due to the cavity , its been more than a month now . I have taken ketorol , for sometime the pain subsides then eventually it starts paining again

You need to take an X-ray and treat your tooth Looks like u would need a root canal treatment Please check if there is any difference in the pain with postural change

Cavities when progress to the deeper parts of the tooth(nerve) start giving you pain.  Any painkiller may give you relief for a short period.  You have to see your dentist at the earliest to get appropriate treatment started. You may require root canal  treatment followed by a cap /crown to save your tooth.
