Visit a dentist and get professional scaling done which will reduce inflammation and in turn stop bleeding gums. For cavities it's necessary to get clinically evaluated and xray done then only treatment can be suggested if all it can be filled or rct is needed.

Hello,
you may be having Gingivitis(gum inflammation),which leads to bleeding of the gums.If left untreated it could spread to the surrounding bone area.
This is my upper molar impacted wisdom tooth and there is cavity...any filling is possible in that case??
