From your story it seems that you have been getting the last word on investigations and treatment.  I can't think of anything further which can be added. If your story is really true and you are serious about your health,  you should be in  All India Institute of Medical Sciences  where you should volunteer to be a test case for  MD  Medicine  students. I will be happy if some Doctors on this forum can make a worthwhile contribution to your treatment.
