I was feeding my cat some treats and she accidentally bit my finger causing a puncture wound in the same. I immediately washed my hands and that finger with tap water and soap and applied pressure on the same area to drain  a little more blood from the same area after which I applied a fusidic acid cream on top of the wound hoping it would get absorbed by the skin. Do I need to orally consume antibiotics? Also this is not the first time my cat gave me a puncture bite wound, I had it before as well, I guess around four years ago for which my doctor gave me tetanus shot as well some oral antibiotics. Taking that into consideration do I still need antibiotics because its the same cat so I should have antibodies for the bacteria that she injected in me and I already had a tetanus shot 4 years ago? Do I need to take it again?
