I am thinking about buying a portable Carboxytherapy machine. It costs $500. I have old and red stretch marks. I can perform the session with the help of someone else. Is it really worth it for Stretch Marks ? Will my Stretch Marks improve singnificatible?

I don't think it's going to be worth spending ding that much and then doing it by yourself. Also carboxytherapy hasn't got great results in stretch marks. It's better to visit a Dermatologist and get the treatment done as there are a lot of latest treatments available with Dermats.
