2019-06-14 02:20:57
Hello Sir/Madam I am an unfit guy who wants to get fit. I want to run for 5km continuously but my stamina is so poor that I cant even run continuously for 400m. Please suggest me some medicines as I have my Physical Endurance Test within a month for Delhi Police Sub Inspector. Please tell me what to eat when to run when to sleep and how to increase stamina as I am very bad when it comes to doing any physical task

Stamina builds over a period of time with regular everyday running. Along with that you may join gym for fast build up. Eat healthy diet with good quality proteins. Get blood test and spirometry done to see some internal cause is there or not. If there then take homeopathy treatment and necessary supplements.
