I cannot feel any taste of food.It feels like my whole mouth is burned,only the chilly and spicy food gives the burning sensation in mouth and I could feel the same sensation while engulfing it in my chest. Colouration of my urine has changed to more yellowish. I have started feeling something in my lower abdomen. A few years back I experienced something same.At that time UTI was diagnosed.

Probably vitamin deficiency .. take plenty of water and riboflavin
