Ive been in the process of getting sick for two days, currently having a sore throat and throbbing headache. I took half a dose of Niquil but cannot sleep due to the discomfort of my throat. Im currently sitting up trying to sleep and drinking water, but nothing seems to help. What should I do to help me get some rest ?
