Cannot pull foreskin all the way down

I'm 23 and uncircumcised and sexually inactive(except masturbation). I am unable to pull my foreskin all the way down when flaccid or erect. It seems that I cannot stretch it enough to let the head out totally (Only 30% of it). Is this something to worry about? Should I consider treatment or will I be able to pull my foreskin all the way back gradually with time?

It will not let u enjoy sexual activity completely.. To enjoy sexual activity completely for 30to40 minutes.. And to pull foreskin fully back... Take ayurvedic medicine..
