You seem to have tinea cruris(fungal infection of groin area). The creams you ve been using contain steroids and are not at all advisable for use in fungal infection unless prescribed by Dermatologist.Steroid containing creams suppress the itch and redness temporarily till the time applied.Once you stop there will be relapse and flare. Also long term use thins out the skin , forms stretch mark over the skin and may lead to secondary bacterial infection. So they are best avoided.Your condition needs proper treatment with oral antifungal for 3 to 4 weeks.Fluconaxole now a days has become resistant and may not work in all cases.Consult Dermatologist and follow his advice.
Next Steps
Stop using the creams.Consult Dermatologist and get treated.
