I feel weak and difficulty sleeping while i m sleeping my mind is active amd when i touch my stomach it feel little pain always burping is this a sign of stomach cancer i m scared

No symptoms are diagnostic and only high index of suspicion and stool for occult blood at least should be done

You can take a H2 blocker to relieve the symptoms. Can take an endocopy done to confirm the diagnosis if it's bothering you
