I've been smoking for around 3 years now. Quite recently i've been feeling something in my throat and have dry cough since 3 weeks. I need to check if the smoking has developed any tumor inside me

Please see a ENT doctor who will examine your throat and after performing a Endoscopy will let you know if you any problem
