CA 125 alone cannot signify anything. It can rise in many cancerous or non cancerous conditions. It needs a radiological correlation with the help of scans. A combined risk scoring- combining radiological finding, CA 125 and clinical history can give us a better direction. Kindly do not panic and consult an oncologist
