I am Janakiram, I'm a diabetic patient, my sugar levels are fasting is 143 and after food 208, hba1c is 8.8, I am using glycomate gp2 tablets 2 times in a day. Can u please suggest me which is best treatment for me, and I have a problems like eye vision, foot infection, body pains.

Indicator of control of diabetes HB a1c should be less than 7 fasting around hundred and bp around 150 you are far away from the goals
