Can a woman be on her period without bleeding? I'm asking this because I'm on my period but I am not bleeding and it kinda is scaring me.

Sometimes it happened.This is usually happens with pcod or in hypothyroidism condition.Get done ultrasonography to know the status of ovaries and TSH level.
