My daughter age is 3years 1month. She is suffering with cold and cough. My doctor prescribed 'duolin LD respules', through nebulizer. Is it safe to use.

Yes,it's safe. Better would be giving steam inhalations 5-6 times a day,and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying.
