Hello doctors, My dad is taking Olemar 40am tablet for hypertension. For past one week we are not able to get this tablet in nearby pharmacy as well as online. However lower dose tablet Olemar 20am is available. Please can you advise whether it is ok to take two tablet of Olemar 20am? Is it advisable? Or can we take other brand?
