No problem at all.In ancient India there was limited population and group of people were living together,so marriage between near ones make genetically problems,now a day such is not a case.So no problem.

its only matter of RH factor which show u r positive or negative. if u both have different group like A or B or AB it doesn't matter only Rh factor must be same then there is no any complication.
