Can vitamin d deficiency symptoms cause dizziness?

My sister has dizziness many a times since 7-8 months. Recently she is complaining very often. Showed it to my doctor, done all the blood test. All her reports are normal except for Vitamin D. It is lower than the desired range. Her age is 33 years. I wanted to know can deficiency of Vit D symptoms other than dizziness

vit d deficiency could cause dizziness and other symptoms like fatigue, decreased bone strength, decreased immunity, depression etc.
