My sister is suffering in brain tumour. So thats reason i am always suffering tension and no take enough food daily. So my body is very weak and sometime chest paining. So can i take some vitamin capsule And B12 syrup. Plz some kind doctor sujjest some capsule and syrup name for better health condition.
