I'm 23 yrs old male. I think I speak normally but almost every one says that you don't speak clearly. It seems that you are eating something while talking. Also I fumble a lot. Sometimes when I feel tensed and nervous then I face difficulty in speaking. Whom should I consult? Is it a medical problem? Can it be treated?
