Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop

You  should first get refraction done by ophalmologist & if prescribed ,use antiglare glass. Blurring may also be due  to dryness  (computer vision syndrome)for which you should try to have normal blinking while working on Smartphone or computer &use  lubricating eye drops 4-5 to keep your eye moist( Refresh liquigel)
