Can't listen from ear

I have cold from last 4-5 days,i can't listen anything from one ear, please suggest good and effective medicine for ear to open

You should immediately consult an ENT specialist physically. He will do your audiometry and tympanometry tests to find out actual cause of hearing loss. Remember in sudden onset hearing loss time is the important factor early treatment warrants maximun recovery.
