I feel am Not able to listen group chats n little sounds with right ear from last 3months , some times having little pain also, now these days it happens in left ear also

You may be having impacted wax inside your ear canal which might be the reason for your decreased hearing. If confirmed it needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. If wax is hard it needs to be softened by using wax softeners like Otorex
