She may have developed acoustic trauma to the ear because of extreme loud noise. There is even possibility of perforation of the ear drum. Her ear has to be examined to confirm the diagnosis. Pure tone audiogram may be needed to assess the hearing loss. Depending on the diagnosis treatment can be planned
