Can smallPox/chickenPox spread

My cook son is suffering for smallpox/ chicken pox for saturday that is 2 3 days.And I am 11 week pregnant and I got to know today. What should I do .I have asked her to stop coming now but since 2 3 days I have eating food cooked by her. I am tensed about it now.
