Me and my boyfriend were fooling around, I was leaning on his lap while we kissed. He was little aroused while kissing. Is there a possible that there was a pre-cum, or ejaculation as a result of being little aroused. Is there a possible for semen to flow down if ejaculated at lower back. Would the above scenario lead to pregnancy.

Did you have physical intercourse? Then yes there are chances. If no, by imagination pregnancy can not take place. Infertility specialist are fighting for that.
