Can see transparent eye floater

Hello , i just realised that i can see a transparent circle in my left eye ! It goes off when I see it . Do I need to worry about this and how to get rid of these ! I also asked my friend about it . He also has this problem I'm 18 Please help

Hello. Your symptoms are suggestive of floaters These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper retina examination done
