Hello doc, I am 35yrs old(unmarried).having severe pain since several(7 to 8) years but severity has increased tremendously..so last year got to know.. Endometriosis and adenomyotic++ uterus.. a year ago Also have abdomen/back pain/severe rectum/vagina pain(stinging pain). Flow is normal..pain unbearable..there was a 11cm chocolate cyst  and another 4cm thick which was removed by laproscopy an year ago.1 small cyst 3 by 2.4cm currently scan taken a week ago( this one was existing last year as well but was not removed). I was on endosis for 6mns but when i stopped I had painful similar unbearable periods(except for 1st 2 cycles) 1) what is solution for this that will help to reduce menstrual pain... 2) if i start taking endosis again then is it good for long term...  3)Can I take m2tone(2tsp morning and 2tsp night) along with endosis. Will there be any negative effect if both are taken together? Pls help & answer the above questions at the earliest. Waiting for reply eagerly...
