I visited the eye doctor for a check up as I was feeling pain in my eyes and some minor vision problems, and found out that i have retinopathy...his words are: dull RP changes, now is it possible that i have solar retinopathy and he missed that, or its to easy to identify solar retinopathy? I don't have BP or diabetes. Please guide me...

The surgeon must have said dull RPE changes. For better understanding of the pathology, I'd recommend getting OCT Macula when possible.
