Can it be a liver disorder

My sister of 10 years old is frequently falling sick which seems harmless most of the time with fever and nausea..but recently her fever has lasted for a week..and in the middle of the week she even started vomiting...she is weighs 22 kg..Her current CBC report showed a drop in WBCs (2660) and highly elevated CRP(145mg/L), SGPT(126.55 IU/L) and SGOT(160.13 IU/L)..Also since 2 days we are noticing red spots on her eyeballs. Is a liver disorder?..If yes what can be the possible cause and how can we cure it.

To help manage elevated liver enzymes, adopt a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, while limiting or avoiding foods high in sugar, saturated fats, and toxins, such as processed meats, fried foods.
